France wing Yoann Huget might be in major trouble for this stamp

The video evidence doesn’t look good for the Toulouse wide man.

DYLAN HARTLEY LAST night picked up a four-week ban that means he will miss the first game of England’s World Cup campaign, while France international Yoann Huget may now find himself in similarly dangerous territory.

While there has been no announcement of a citing against the Toulouse wing by French rugby authorities, the below incident does not look good.

While Huget would likely argue that his actions were not deliberate, Bordeaux lock Jandré Marais, the receiving party underneath Huget’s boot, would possibly suggest otherwise.

At this stage, it appears Huget is in the clear and will be free to face Oyonnax in the Top 14 play-offs this weekend.

That is sickening, he knew the player was there and forcefully stamped on him. A citing and ban has to be coming shortly?

That is one of the worse stamps I have seen for a very long time especially considering it was directly to the face. Sickening.

Is it up to the French authorities only whether to investigate? This warrants a long ban along with his simulation last year

Whats very annoying, apart from the savage stamp, is the fake checking to see if the player is OK as if it was an accident. Same player that Nigel Owens told to grow up.

Some sly sickening after the tackle stuff making its way into rugby.
Maybe it’s always been there and these online news agencies are putting it out there for us to see.
Either way it’s got to be dealt with.

Hugest isn’t a dirty player and if the authorities have decided not to take action they obviously agree he didn’t mean it.
