REIGNING CHAMPIONS KILKENNY will take on Wexford at the quarter-final stage of the Allianz hurling league after the line-up was decided today.
Cork will meet Tipperary, Clare will take on Laois while Galway will face Limerick. The relegation decider will feature Dublin and Waterford in a fortnight’s time.
Wexford will have home advantage for their game as they had less home games than Kilkenny so far in the league this season.
There will be a toss for home advantage for the remaining three matches although Cork may get home advantage due to be owed a home game by opponents Tipperary.
The final round of games in Division 1A saw Kilkenny, Galway and Tipperary reach the quarter-finals with Clare having already been assured of a place before today.
Laois, Wexford, Limerick and Cork had already been assured of quarter-final spots from Division 1B.

The draw for the semi-finals (April 20th) also took place today and is as follows:
Clare/Laois v Cork/Tipperary
Wexford/Kilkenny v Galway Limerick
The final will take place on May 4th.
