OK, SO YESTERDAY didn’t exactly go according to plan — but all is not lost.

Ireland head for Lille knowing that a win against the already-qualified Italy on Wednesday should be enough to guarantee their own place in the last 16.

That’s a pretty big ask but one way or another, they’ll have a massive crowd of Irish fans roaring them on.
