Behind-the-goal footage of Wicklow goalkeeper pulling off super save

Kim Connors made a crucial stop as her team went through in the All-Ireland intermediate championship yesterday.

WICKLOW WON OUT 4-13 to 2-9 against Roscommon in the TG4 All-Ireland intermediate championship preliminary round in Kinnegad yesterday.

While Amy Murphy scored all four goals for the Garden County, they had goalkeeper Kim Connors to thank as the Blessington stopper scrambled across her area to make a tremendous goal-line save and keep out Roscommon’s Jenny Higgins.
