WEXFORD, MEATH, OFFALY and Westmeath all clinched victories at the opening stage of the 2015 Electric Ireland Leinster minor hurling championship.
Wexford powered back in the second-half to see off Laois by two points at Innovate Wexford Park after trailing by six at the interval.
Meath’s goalscoring power proved too much for Kildare to handle in Trim as they ran out twelve-point winners.
While it was a successful trip for Westmeath to Rathdrum at they cruised past Wicklow by 30 points.
Last evening’s game saw Offaly defeat Carlow by 12 points in Tullamore.
