Queally hopes to join that SBG quartet in the UFC before long, and he’s chasing the dream in South Africa on the books of the ever-expanding EFC (Extreme Fighting Championship) promotion.
EFC might not be familiar to some fans in this part of the world, but they’ve been making massive strides thanks to their impressive production and big arena shows.
Queally, along with coach John Kavanagh, will fly out to South Africa in the coming days for EFC 38 in Durban, where he’ll feature in the co-main event against home favourite Martin van Staden on Saturday, 4 April.
A win will see Queally secure a shot at the EFC welterweight title, and the promotion recently travelled to Ireland to film some of his preparations for this ‘Countdown’ show, which is well worth checking out…
