Evening and welcome along to our coverage of tonight’s Bord Gáis Energy Munster U21 hurling semi-final. It’s Waterford entertaining Cork in Walsh Park with the winners set to face Limerick in the final.

So there’s one late change to the Cork team that was announced last night. Senior forward Luke Meade is out as expected after breaking a finger in last Sunday’s final against Clare.

    @Tim Brennan: nothing new every team in the country is coached to pull the man down if he’s a threat to the goal. Tonight’s penalty was won off a pull down that was from a tired player and needed two goes to get him to the floor unfortunately for him he was in the box when he fell

    Waterfords no.5s tackle was way worse than fitzgibbon and he only got yellow ?!.. keeper milked it and the ref bottled it , he’ll be some loss for the final

    How did Waterford allow that last attack to devolop and give a stupid penslty away?I think the initial foul was outside the penalty area but it was the last play of the game and Cork had just gone down to 14 men so Waterford can only blame themselves for losing it at the death.Fair play to Cork,though,as they never gave up.

    I always thought Fergal Horgan was a poor ref, but after this he is some moron. His refreeing all through was poor to say the least and to give Darragh Fitzgibbon a red card was laughable.
