Justice for the Waterford keeper rolling around soccer style to get yer man sent off
@Cathal: hard to make out which arm was injured.
@Cathal: still sore after Sunday?????
@Cathal: disgraceful and umpires scurrilous
@Joe O’riordan: Nope, just don’t like cheating rolling around on the ground then jumping up and driving the free down the field. It was a foul but a pathetic soccer reaction
@Cathal: karma is a bitch. Justice done
Waterford no.,5 should have seen red for a one handed pull to the head, ref bottled it.
@Martin McKenna: he got him on the hand and the ball, and dalton was hold his hand after
What a way to win a game! Great sport.
The lack of consistency in Horgans application of the rules was astonshing. Man struck on the head yellow – goalkeeper dives red
@Tim Brennan: was that when Bennett scored the goal and the defender intentionally hit him on the back of the head?
time to bring the black card into hurling. the number of blatant pull downs in tonight’s game alone warrants it
@Fear Uisce: anyone that pulled down someone got a yellow card
@Funfair: yes but it’s clearly a coached tactic and a different player each time.
Clare centre back should have had 3 yellow on Sunday.refs are inconsistent
@Tim Brennan: nothing new every team in the country is coached to pull the man down if he’s a threat to the goal. Tonight’s penalty was won off a pull down that was from a tired player and needed two goes to get him to the floor unfortunately for him he was in the box when he fell
@Funfair: yellow card is cheap
Mushrooms ted, fecking mushrooms
The referee was shocking.
Waterfords no.5s tackle was way worse than fitzgibbon and he only got yellow ?!.. keeper milked it and the ref bottled it , he’ll be some loss for the final
Only toying around with em.
How did Waterford allow that last attack to devolop and give a stupid penslty away?I think the initial foul was outside the penalty area but it was the last play of the game and Cork had just gone down to 14 men so Waterford can only blame themselves for losing it at the death.Fair play to Cork,though,as they never gave up.
@mark kenny: there was two if not three separate fouls on o Conner on his run in. lucky for cork it was the last one the ref blew for
Cork might regret that win, the amount of wild pulls in that grade is an injury waiting to happen one of there seniors I’m guessing
I always thought Fergal Horgan was a poor ref, but after this he is some moron. His refreeing all through was poor to say the least and to give Darragh Fitzgibbon a red card was laughable.
@John Carroll: Who’d be a ref eh?
@John Carroll: Fitzgibbon pulled across the goalkeeper, he had to be sent off and I’m from Cork by the way.
@John Carroll: no option but to send him off. Indiscipline could have cost his team. He may thank his team mates for bailing him out.
@John Carroll: Yisser all referees what. Get involved and participate and officiate if you’re so passionate. Blaming the ref is just sad.
@Jamie McCormack:No way did it deserve a red card the refree was poor simple as that and by the way you presume alot.
