Warriors bounce back from shock loss to close in on wins record

The Golden State Warriors have to win four of their remaining five games to beat the Chicago Bulls’ NBA record.

THE GOLDEN STATE Warriors moved within four games of breaking the NBA’s win record after rebounding from a rare home loss to defeat the Portland Trail Blazers 136-111.

The Trail Blazers (41-37), who remain half a game behind the fifth-placed Memphis Grizzlies in the Western Conference after their four-game winning streak was snapped, were led by Damian Lillard’s 38 points.
