Usain Bolt puts his 'fastest man on the planet' title on the line to race James Corden

Two finely-tuned athletes going head-to-head, but there could only be one winner.

IT WAS BRANDED as the race we’ve all been waiting for, but in the end James Corden v Usain Bolt in a car park proved to be a bit of a mismatch; who would have guessed?

It’s not yet known where this victory ranks in the list of Bolt’s career achievements, but storming clear of Corden, Owen Wilson and CBS staff will no doubt be a highlight for the Jamaican sprinter.

He put his ‘fastest man on the planet’ title on the line during an appearance on ‘The Late Late Show’ this week and he provided an emphatic reminder, if any was needed at all, that he is still untouchable.

“I would’ve liked to be in the top 15 but, you know, it wasn’t my day. That’s the life of a professional track athlete. Some days it comes and some days it doesn’t,” Corden said afterwards.
