Tiernan McCann named in Tyrone team to face Kerry in All-Ireland semi-final

Mickey Harte has made one enforced change ahead of Sunday’s clash.

AFTER SEEING HIS proposed eight-week ban thrown out earlier this week, Tiernan McCann has been named in the Tyrone side that will take on Kerry for a place in this year’s All-Ireland final at GAA HQ on Sunday.

McCann found himself at the centre of major controversy after feigning injury in his team’s quarter-final victory over Monaghan with Darren Hughes subsequently sent-off for the incident.

But having been cleared by the Central Hearings Committee, McCann has been selected in the half-forward line.

Mickey Harte has made just one change to his starting XV and it’s enforced.

Having been replaced after just 8 minutes of their quarter-final win, Joe McMahon misses out and is replaced by his brother Justin at centre-back.
