A Premier League club has said no to signing Balotelli and all of today's biggest transfer news

Fabian Delph could be off to Manchester City, while Angél Di María is in talks to join another club.

HERE’S YOUR DAILY dose of transfer gossip as the madness of the summer transfer window continues and who better to guide us through the latest wheelin’ and dealin’s than ‘Arry himself.

Just don’t use the words wheelin’ or dealin’, alright?

Turkey bound: Nani is finally on his way out of Old Trafford for good it seems. After eight years of flattering to deceive at Manchester United, he will move on to Fenerbache for a fee of around €7 million. The Turkish outfit announced on their Twitter page that he would be in Istanbul on Sunday for a medical.

Young blood: Liverpool are obviously looking towards the future with this signing. They’ve taken youngster Bobby Adekanye from Barcelona after beating PSV Eindhoven to his signature. The winger is only 16, and will go into the club’s youth academy.

Kon job: After Sevilla announced two weeks ago that they had pulled the plug on negotiations with Dnipro winger Yehven Konoplyanka, they have pulled a spectacular u-turn by announcing on their official Twitter account that the Ukrainian is signing for the club. Liverpool and Spurs had been previously interested, but their interest appears to have waned in the out-of-contract winger.

Toby Tot: The battle for Atletico Madrid defender Toby Alderweireld is heating up, with Tottenham reported to be very interested in the 26-year-old. Spurs would have to beat Southampton to his signature however, after the Belgian centre-back spent last season on loan at St Mary’s.

Twist in the tail: Despite Pep Guardiola claiming that Bayern Munich were not in for Angél Di María, German paper Bild are reporting that the German champions are in talks with Manchester United. The €50 million price tag is apparently going to be a stumbling block in any negotiations however.

Clear-out: Arsene Wenger is set to remove some of the deadwood from his Arsenal squad this summer and The Sun report that he will cut six players from his squad. David Ospina, Lukas Podolski, Joel Campbell, Mathieu Flamini, Carl Jenkinson and Yaya Sanogo are all being put up for sale by the club.

Magpie Mario: This rumour started last night and there are a lot of papers carrying the story of Mario Balotelli going to Newcastle on loan. The Daily Telegraph have ruined the fun however, claiming that Steve McClaren doesn’t want to take a punt on the Italian striker and will instead focus on his current crop of players.

Russian market: Sunderland are looking to sign two players from Eastern Europe this week, with deals for Zenit defender Nicolas Lombaerts and Dynamo Kiev attacker Jermain Lens reportedly close. Thirty-year-old Lombaerts would cost about €7 million, while Dutch winger Lens would command a fee of almost €12 million.

Pay-rise: Fabian Delph is a good footballer. Probably not good enough to warrant a starting place in a title-chasing team, but considering he’s English, that makes him a necessary signing for Manchester City. The Aston Villa midfielder is reportedly close to signing for the Sky Blues, with Goal reporting that he will earn €140K a week following a €12 million transfer.
