Kerry, managed by former county senior boss Jack O’Connor, are back in the Electric Ireland All-Ireland minor football final for the second successive year after winning out last year against Donegal.
Tipperary, managed by Donegal native Charlie McGeever, are appearing in the decider for the first time since 2011 when they defeated Dublin.
The clash is a repeat of July’s Munster minor final clash which saw Kerry triumph by 2-14 to 1-11 in Killarney.
