TIGER WOODS ISN’T going to get back into the winners circle this weekend, but at least he’s showing some of his old magic.
The 14-time major winner had a disastrous third round at his own tournament, The Quicken Loans National in Virginia, hitting a three over par round of 74, but he finished with a flourish on Sunday, with a round of 68.
It could have been far greater for Tiger though, he was five under for the day after 10 holes, before bogeys at 11, 12 and 14 dropped him back.

The highlight of his final round came on the par three ninth, as he dropped in a monster 42-foot putt for birdie, to send him to four under for the day.

Another birdie followed at 10, before a bogey on 11 knocked his momentum.
He found water off the tee on 12, leaving him around 220 to the flag, with the ball below his feet, behind the trees and in thick rough.
But he pulled a monstrous shot out of the bag to somehow get within 18 feet, eventually escaping with a bogey 5.
Woods finished -8 for the tournament, with Bill Haas the current leader on -15.
