SHAMROCK ROVERS WILL play Atletico Paranaense in the semi-final of the Sait Nagjee Trophy after finishing in second place in Group B.

Pat Fenlon’s side picked up six points from their three games, defeating 1860 Munich’s reserve side and Argentina Under-23s after losing to FC Dnipro’s second team in the opening game.

Dnipro’s scoreless draw with 1860 Munich guaranteed the Hoops’ progress to the last four, where they will take on the Brazilian club’s reserve side on February 18 at the EMS Stadium in Kozhikode.

Atletico Paranaense topped Group A ahead of Watford reserves, meaning the Hornets will play Dnipro in their semi-final clash on 19 February.

The final of the Sait Nagjee Trophy will take place on 21 February.
