Meanwhile, table-toppers Tyrone had the Indian sign over Derry again as they claimed a 2-15 to 0-12 victory at Healy Park to preserve their 100 per cent record in Division 2.
Derry had Chrissy McKaigue sent off for two bookable offences and the Oak Leafers also lost McKaigue’s brother Karl to a black card.
Tyrone had built up a 0-10 to 0-6 lead by half-time before Sean Cavanagh put the result beyond doubt with a goal 20 minutes from time.
