The Tyrone outfit secured a narrow 0-9 to 0-8 success at the Athletic Grounds as they withstood a late rally from their Down opponents.
Harry Loughran and Eunan Deeney both bagged a brace of points apiece for the winners who ensured that a Tyrone club won the Ulster intermediate crown for the second successive year.
Rostrevor had made the early running to go in front 0-5 to 0-2 in the opening half with goalkeeper Jonathan Parr notching a couple of long range frees but Moy reeled off three points to draw level at 0-5 apiece at the break.
Moy forged ahead in the second half and were in front 0-9 to 0-6 entering the last ten minutes.
Down senior Caolan Mooney, who struck 0-4 overall, hit a brace of late points for Rostrevor but they could not fashion a leveling score.
Last night Donegal’s Naomh Colmcille lifted the Ulster junior football title with a 1-9 to 0-6 success against Fermanagh’s Belnaleck at Celtic Park in Derry.
