GALWAY UNITED SECURED their first win of the 2015 season on Friday when they beat Drogheda United 1-0 at Eamonn Deacy Park.
However, they had to do so with just 10 men after Sam Oji was shown a straight red by referee Graham Kelly for this incident with Tiarnan Mulvenna.
It does look like there was minimal contact between the pair and, after watching the replay last night on RTรโs Soccer Republic, Oji was even more certain he should never have seen red.
Weโre fairly certain heโs joking.
Thatโs shocking to be honest. He shouldnโt have went to Thailand if he was going meeting up with the international team.. I didnโt even know he was Jamaican
I Believe it was a tour for the owners who are from there. But I agree with you general.
If heโs too tired to play now how will he cope with the extra games next season. Leicster may want to sign a couple new center backs. Huth and Morgan are both in their 30s and whoโs the current back up?
Prob smoking to much Green.
