Furlong, Henshaw, Murray, Stander - who was Ireland's best player this season?

The nominees for the 2017 Rugby Players Ireland Awards have been announced.

TADHG FURLONG, ROBBIE Henshaw, Conor Murray and CJ Stander will be in contention for Players’ Player of the Year when the annual Rugby Players Ireland Awards take place next week.

The nominees for this year’s dinner, which takes place on 10 May, were announced today.

Joey Carbery, Garry Ringrose and Darren Sweetnam are shortlisted for the Nevin Spence Young Player of the Year Award while Henshaw and Murray join Craig Gilroy in the competition for Volkswagen Try of the Year.
