'I get worried if I don't fall out with people every few months'

Keano talks punditry, Alex Ferguson and Euro 2016.

ROY KEANE HAS long been a supporter of Irish Guide Dogs and the Republic of Ireland assistant manager has given them an in-depth interview to promote tomorrow’s Guide Dog Day.

Keano spoke about his job as Martin O’Neill’s right-hand man, his relationship with Alex Ferguson and his TV punditry gig — as well as the significant role his dogs play in his life.

Currently, Irish Guide Dogs supports approximately 860 people all over Ireland and offers all of its dog and rehabilitation services to people free of charge. Guide Dog Day is its biggest national fundraising campaign.

To support Guide Dog Day tomorrow (Friday, 1 May), text WOOF to 50300 to donate €4.
