ROY CARROLL IS in line to make his debut for Linfield this evening when they face Cork City in the Europa League first qualifying round.

The 38-year-old goalkeeper, who enjoyed spells with Manchester United, Wigan Athletic and Olympiacos, signed a one-year contract with the NIFL Premiership side back in May.

However, Carroll was named in the Northern Ireland squad to travel to Euro 2016 so he has yet to play for the club.
