RONDA ROUSEY MADE an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night and if her next opponent was watching, she might be having second thoughts about the fight.
Rousey is due to defend her UFC women’s bantamweight title against Brazilian challenger Bethe Correia in Rio de Janeiro on 1 August.
There was animosity between Correia and the undefeated superstar since even before the fight was announced, but that was heightened recently when Correia made some insensitive comments pertaining to Rousey’s late father.
And Ronda clearly hasn’t forgotten. She told Kimmel: “She [Correia] is going to walk out looking different than she did walking in. I’m going to make sure that this chick remembers and endures every single second of this fight.”
There’s clearly no Portuguese expression for ‘Don’t poke the bear’. Good luck, Bethe.
That is well worth watching. Well done to Mark and to those who helped him.
Great interview!!!
When you talked to the doctor you became a real winner mark. Best of luck both on and off the track. Ride On.
