RONAN O’GARA took to social media this morning following last night’s terror attacks in Paris, in which over 120 people are reported to have been killed.
The former Ireland out-half is based in the French capital, where he’s a coach for Top 14 club Racing 92.

One Irish citizen is being treated for injuries as a result of the attacks and the Irish Embassy in Paris is providing consular assistance to the injured person, who has not been named. The Department of Foreign Affairs said there is no indication of any other Irish casualties so far.
“Thanks for all the messages,” said O’Gara on Twitter. “We are all okay thank god but other families are not so lucky this morning.”
Racing 92 were scheduled to play Glasgow Warriors today in Paris in the European Champions Cup, but that game — along with all other sporting fixtures which were due to take place in the city this weekend — has been postponed.

A statement from European Professional Club Rugby said: “Due to the tragic events that took place in Paris last night, today’s European Rugby Champions Cup Round 1 match between Racing 92 and Glasgow Warriors at Stade Yves-Du-Manoir has been postponed. The match will be rescheduled for a later date.
“EPCR extends its sincerest sympathies to everyone affected by the Paris attacks and as a mark of respect, all clubs competing in this weekend’s Champions Cup and Challenge Cup fixtures have been asked to observe a minute’s silence before the games kick-off.”
