REAL MADRID STAR Cristiano Ronaldo loves the wax figure of himself so much that he’s forking out another £20,000 to have another one made, according to reports.
The Portuguese winger was immortalised in wax for a Madrid-based museum two years ago and was so enamoured with it that he’s asked wax artist Michael Wade to create a replica.

Wade told the Sun on Sunday:
“We still had the mould that we’d used to sculpt him in 2013, so this copy was a complete duplicate. And Ronaldo sent us a football kit and his latest boots to make it up to date.
“We left the hair alone, because that’s exactly how he wanted it. We put all the hair in, one at a time and then, in Madrid, his hairdresser came along to cut it.”

The original waxwork model, which has been on display in Madrid’s Museum of Wax since 2013, is given regular pampering to ensure the sculpture reflects Ronaldo’s appearance as closely as possible.
Gonzalo Presa, the museum’s director told Spanish newspaper Cadena Ser Catalunya: “Cristiano told us to be sure his figure was perfect”.
“He sent his own hairstylist to brush his figure once a month. The waxwork’s hair is completely natural. It is not a wig and it comes from India,” he added.
