Hands off! Robert Lewandowski is staying at Bayern until 2021

Polish striker signs contract extension for an additional two years.

ROBERT LEWANDOWSKI HAS signed a new contract which will keep him at Bayern Munich until the summer of 2021.

Lewandowski, one of the form strikers in world football, extended his current deal by two years after “intense but always respectful” discussions.

“This club gives me all I need to make my dreams come true!” the 28-year-old Pole tweeted. “New challenges ahead of us!”

Lewandowski joined Bayern from Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2014, and has scored 86 goals in 122 appearances for the Munich giants.

On Monday, he was named 16th on the Ballon d’Or list for 2016, topped for a fourth time by Cristiano Ronaldo.
