LA GALAXY WERE 4-0 winners over Toronto FC in the MLS last night with Robbie Keane bagging a hat-trick.
Ireland’s all-time top goalscorer fired a penalty into the top corner on 9 minutes before adding a second four minutes before half-time. On the hour-mark, the 34-year-old notched his six goal of the season after capitalising on a loose back-pass.
Sebastian Lletget wrapped up the result with a fourth just before the full-time whistle.
New signing Steven Gerrard was also introduced to the crowd at half-time ahead of a possible debut for the club in two weeks’ time against San Jose Earthquakes on 18 July.

It was disgusting to see half of the Kilkenny crowd leave before the cup was presented, talk about arrogance.
Galway could have won it but the Cats ‘re the best for a reason, great second half display by them.

Great Galway display, against an indisputable set of Kilkenny legends. No doubt about that. But just remember a little stat (to the knockers!). Galway= all Ireland Intermediate champs, All Ireland Minor Champs and 2nd best Seniors in the country and all for 2015. And the Ladies Camogie has to come yet in the all Ireland… Not bad stats?
