Are Everton willing to spend £20m to bring Robbie Brady to Merseyside?

Ronald Koeman’s Toffees top the list of Brady’s suitors.

EVERTON ARE IN pole position to sign Ireland star Robbie Brady, according to a report in The Irish Sun.

Relegated Norwich appear to have scared off Premier League champions Leicester City by slapping a £20 million price tag on the Dubliner’s head.

But this morning’s report indicates that Everton are willing to meet that valuation as new boss Ronald Koeman strengthens his squad.

The Toffees are among a number of suitors who have been linked with Brady since the start of the summer, but a move to Leicester appeared most likely until Norwich upped their asking price.

Instead Claudio Ranieri has broken the club’s transfer record twice this week, bringing in midfielder Nampalys Mendy for £13m and then spending a reported £16 million on Nigerian attacker Ahmed Musa.
