UNLESS YOU WERE one of the 1,005 in attendance in Eamonn Deacy Park last Tuesday night, there’s a chance you may have missed these.
Richie Towell cemented his reputation as the most exciting player in the SSE Airtricity League with two smashing strikes in Dundalk’s 4-2 win over Galway.
Towell opened the scoring in the 34th minute when he drilled a 30-yard free past the helpless Conor Winn.
He added another in the second half which was technically every bit as good, volleying home from the edge of the area.
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: we love Richie Towell.
Two smashing Richie Towell goals you probably haven't seen yet
