TWO-TIME WWE HALL of Famer Ric Flair was hospitalised on Saturday morning for heart-related issues, but after initially suggesting it was merely for ‘routine monitoring’, a rep for the wrestler has now asked the public for their support.
It’s understood that Flair is hospitalised near his home in Atlanta.

The 68-year-old ‘Nature Boy’ has spent half a century in his chosen profession, and is widely regarded as one of the most charismatic wrestling personalities of all time.
His shouting of “Wooooo!” (inspired by Jerry Lee Lewis’ ‘Great Balls of Fire’) has since become a tribute to Flair, and is often shouted by the crowd whenever a wrestler performs one of Flair’s signature moves.
In July of last year, Luke Winkie of Sports Illustrated named Flair the greatest professional wrestler of all time. The Memphis native has been given the keys to three separate American cities as odes to his achievements and his overall impact on American culture.
ESPN recently announced that their upcoming 30 for 30 documentary, ‘Nature Boy’, will air in November.

WWE agent/producer Michael P S Hayes echoed the sentiment of Flair’s rep, Melina Morris Zanoni.
