CHELSEA MIDFIELDER RAMIRES has joined Chinese Super League outfit Jiangsu Suning for a fee believed to be £25 million (€32m).
The 28-year-old midfielder has signed a five-and-a-half year deal with the club, who finished ninth in China’s top division last year and are managed by former Blues defender Dan Petrescu.
Ramires arrived in the Premier League in 2010 when Chelsea paid €22m to Benfica and went on to make 251 appearances for the Londoners, scoring 34 goals including this beautiful chip against Barcelona in the Champions League semi-final in 2012.
