THE WAIT IS almost over as the start of the Premier League season looms.
After a summer break of just 76 days, the 2015/16 campaign begins two weeks earlier this year to allow players additional time to prepare for next summer’s European Championships.
The 8 August kick-off is not the earliest start to a top-flight season, however, with the 1999/20 campaign beginning a day earlier.

Regardless, we’re not complaining as it means football returns to our screens from this weekend onwards and once again there is more live fixtures than we can even dream of.
As we’re all aware, Sky Sports and BT Sport paid enormous amounts of money for the latest cycle of Premier League TV rights and if you want to consume an inordinate amount of football over the next nine months, they’re the places to go.
Sky has 116 games throughout the course of the season including a Friday night fixture featuring Aston Villa and Man United.
So, with that in mind we’ve compiled a handy package with each and every live fixture in the first two months of the season.
