Premier League outcast Emmanuel Adebayor has finally found a new club

Alan Pardew will be hopeful of getting the best out of the 31-year-old striker, who has 94 league goals to his name.

CRYSTAL PALACE HAVE completed the signing of Premier League outcast Emmanuel Adebayor on a short-term deal, believed to be until the end of the season.

The Eagles have signed the striker on a free transfer, with the Togo international having not played a Premier League match since turning out for Tottenham last May.

Adebayor has previously had spells at Real Madrid, Man City and Arsenal, but has gained a reputation as a troublesome dressing room presence and was made to train with the reserves towards the end of his stint with Spurs.

Alan Pardew will, however, be hopeful of getting the best out of the 31-year-old striker, who has 94 league goals to his name and is the 25th highest goalscorer in Premier League history.
