STAY STRONG MUNSTER fans. Today could have been the last time we’ll see one of their greatest ever warriors rampaging around the field in Limerick, and he went out in style.
Paul O’Connell led from the front as Munster edged the Ospreys to move into the Pro12 final and afterwards, the Ireland captain was seen saluting the crowd in a manner that suggested it could be his last provincial hurrah at home.

Afterwards, O’Connell confirmed as much to Sky Sports.
“It probably is,” O’Connell said in answer to whether today was his last game for Munster at Thomond Park.
“I said before that summer will be the time when I make those decisions but that is probably the last time I play for Munster here anyway.”
It might be his last home appearance for his province, but he has one more game to go before his club career possibly comes to a close. O’Connell admitted that despite the win, Munster have plenty to work on before they face Glasgow.
“It is a bit of a strange feeling,” O’Connell said.
“We did so many things really well but we shot ourselves in the foot completely. We scored some really good tries and played some really good rugby but made five or six glaring errors. ”
