Back in 2015, Will O’Callaghan from Midlands 103 identified the Offaly fan as Pat Cornally from Clara, Co. Offaly and stated that he attends the tournament every year.

Bizarrely enough, this isn’t the first time this particular gentleman has rocked up to Wimbledon in his county jersey.
There he is repping the Faithful in 2015.
And again in 2013.
And apparently again in 2011!
