Francis Saili is named alongside Earls in midfield with Ronan O’Mahony given his chance on the left wing.
Munster also issued an update on captain Peter O’Mahony who is expected to miss most of the season with the knee ligament injury he suffered against France.
O’Mahony will go under the knife in a fortnight’s time with Foley hopeful that the flanker will be fit again by March 2016.
