Munster say the adidas kits – which will be available to buy from 25 July – adhere to the design that can be seen with the manufacturer’s other rugby clients, including the All Blacks and France.
The home jersey “embodies a deeper, enriched mix of power and collegiate red,” says the province, with the names of the six Munster counties included in the nape of the collar, as well as the ’To the Brave and Faithful Nothing is Impossible’ motto.
Meanwhile, the alternate jersey “takes a more modern approach to the provincial tartan with black, dark grey and onix colouring standing bold against the bright red of the logos and jersey numbering.”
