JOSE MOURINHO INSISTS revenge will not be on his mind when he heads back to Chelsea with Manchester United.
The Portuguese will be back in familiar surroundings on Monday when the Red Devils take in an FA Cup quarter-final clash at Stamford Bridge.
Mourinho has already made one visit to west London since seeing a second spell as Chelsea boss come to an end, with the Blues stunning him with a humbling 4-0 Premier League win.
United will get the opportunity to make amends in the cup, while giving their manager a chance to get one over on his former employers, but a man with close ties to both clubs insists his future is locked on the present, not the past.

Mourinho told Football Focus: “I am not looking for revenge, I’m not looking for anything wrong or bad.
“If you say something special, maybe special, one thing is to have Gary Staker in the tunnel before and after the match. A close super friend.
“If it’s different, it’s different in a positive way. It is not different in a negative way.”
While eager to avoid becoming the centre of attention ahead of another heavyweight encounter, Mourinho has taken the opportunity to have another sly dig at Chelsea’s playing style under Antonio Conte.
He added: “I am surprised with the way they play, I’m surprised.
“I thought they were demanding of a different kind of football because I think Chelsea is phenomenal. I think Chelsea is an amazing defensive team.”
While Mourinho has questioned Chelsea’s methods on more than one occasion this season, Conte’s approach has guided the Blues to the top of the Premier League table and towards a potential domestic double.
