'I've had more failures than I've had successes' - Emotional Coleman pays tribute to Wales

“Don’t be afraid to have dreams. Four years ago, I was as far away from this as you could imagine.”

WALES MANAGER CHRIS Coleman gave an emotional post-match interview after seeing his side make history and reach the semi-finals of Euro 2016 at Belgium’s expense.

“Dream — Don’t be afraid to have dreams. Four years ago, I was as far away from this as you could imagine. And look what’s happened,” Coleman said in a post-match TV interview.

“If you work hard and you’re not afraid to fail… Everyone fails. I’ve had more failures than I have had successes but I’m not afraid to fail.

“Every now and again… I can’t say every now and again because this has never happened to me. I’m enjoying it, it’s great and I think we deserve it.”

Coleman and Wales now go on to face Portugal for a place in the final, but they will have to do so without key man Aaron Ramsey, after the midfielder picked up a booking tonight that means he’s suspended for the upcoming game.
