MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL regulars Gary Neville, Jamie Carragher and Ed Chamberlain were joined by former Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard last night.

Aston Villa’s visit to White Hart Lane was the live match, and Villa captain Gabriel Agbonlahor endured a miserable night as Spurs went on to win 3-1.

The 29-year-old striker had just eight touches in the whole of the first half, two of which were from tip-off, before he was substituted at the break for Rudy Gestede by caretaker manager Kevin MacDonald.

Although MacDonald would go on to explain in his post-match that Agbonlahor was in fact carrying an injury, the lads struggled to keep in their laughter during the half-time analysis.

The trio of ex-England internationals also took a closer look at Liverpool’s win over Chelsea on Saturday.
