Absolute carnage as Miami Heat mascot does his best 'Keane on Haaland' impression

It was supposed to be some harmless fun but nothing is safe in the bizarre world of NBA half-time entertainment.

THE MIAMI HEAT got the better of the Philadelphia 76ers last night but the victory was overshadowed by a vicious on-court assault.

The perpetrator was a well-known rogue called Burnie – the Heat’s official mascot.

During a break in play, he attempted to perform an impressive front flip stunt to celebrate his birthday – the idea being that he’d launch himself over a collection of other mascots as they lay on the floor.

But he definitely had some history with a couple of his rivals.

Instead of clearing the group of prostrate volunteers, Burnie came up short and dived feet-first into two of them instead.

It was reminiscent of Roy Keane’s infamous reducer on Alf Inge Halland.

You can almost hear Burnie mutter under his breath ‘Take that, you c**t’ as he applies the deadly, studs-up challenge.

To add insult to almost-certain injury, he promptly celebrates as if nothing happened.

Contempt.
