ATTACKER EAMONN WALLACE has been named to start in a major boost for the Meath U21 footballers before tomorrow night’s Leinster quarter-final against Westmeath.
Wallace tore his cruciate in action for Meath in the Leinster U21FC last year but starts tomorrow in Páirc Tailteann as one of six senior players in action for the U21 team.
Brian Power will anchor the side at centre-back while Adam Flanagan and Harry Rooney form a strong midfield partnership.

In attack Paraic Harnan starts at right half-forward while the Wallace brothers Joey and Eamon are named at left half-forward and left corner-forward respectively.
Meath lost the Leinster U21 final to Dublin last year with Power, Shane McEntee, Flanagan, Harnan and Joey Wallace all starting on that team.
