BEN AND JERRY’S has produced an ad calling for a Yes vote in next month’s marriage equality referendum.

All-Ireland winning Dublin footballers Michael Darragh MacAuley and Rory O’Carroll join a host of Irish personalities in the video which was released on Monday.

The ice-cream giant’s ad shows people saying “Yes” in a variety of everyday contexts and encourages voters to “make your next Yes count.”

Actor Ian Lloyd Anderson (better known as Love/Hate’s Deano) and models Holly Carpenter and Vogue Williams also star in the campaign.

Voters go to the polls for the marriage equality referendum on 22 May.
