BRAY WANDERERS EARNED their first point of the SSE Airtricity League season with a draw at 10-man Longford Town tonight.
But they will feel that they left two points behind after taking the lead just after half-time through Dean Kelly.
However, the Town responded in kind when goalkeeper Peter Cherrie’s clearance deflected off David O’Sullivan and into the net only four minutes later.
The hosts had Kevin O’Connor sent off for a second yellow card on 78 minutes but held on for a draw to make it four points from four games.
Bray remain rooted to the bottom of the table, despite picking up their first point of the season, due to Wexford Youths’ superior goal difference.
