Video: The full penalty shoot-out as Joe Allen books Liverpool's place at Wembley

Who doesn’t love a shoot-out?

JOE ALLEN HELD his nerve to score the winning penalty as Liverpool edged past Stoke to book their place in the Capital One Cup final.

After the visitors leveled the tie on aggregate through Marko Arnautovic’s first-half strike, there was nothing to separate the sides after extra-time.

Penalties were required at Anfield and the shoot-out didn’t disappoint:

Earlier, Jon Walters was heavily involved in the game’s opening goal but there was more than a suspicion of offside about it as Arnautovic cancelled out Jordon Ibe’s first-leg strike.
