Wexford — who only lost by a point after extra-time against defending All-Ireland champions Kilkenny last time out — suffered a shock 2-11 to 0-15 loss to Westmeath at Innovate Wexford Park.
Paddy Doody and Killian Doyle scored the all-important goals in a memorable win for the Lake County.

Meanwhile, Laois defeated Offaly in the championship for the fourth successive year, running out 3-15 to 1-13 winners at O’Moore Park.
Laois and Westmeath will join Dublin and Kilkenny in the semi-final draw, which is scheduled to take place on Monday night.
