Lee Keegan drills a brilliant goal, but receives a black card in eventful 1st half

Dublin’s Jonny Cooper also received a black card.

AFTER A WEEK in which he was at the heart of a contentious build-up to this All-Ireland SFC replay, Lee Keegan showed the other side of his game with an 18th minute goal to give Mayo the lead over Dublin.

The half back coolly drilled this finish to a sweeping Mayo move to earn a 1 – 4 to 0 – 6 lead after the Connacht men had trailed 0 – 4 to no score early on.

Keegan was soon called back to his defensive duties though and, after Jonny Cooper was black carded, the Mayo man followed him from the field for this incident with Diarmuid Connolly.

Raptors unable to attack the rim, never get a foul and turnover….. When Cavs go forward, yawn in front of them, its a foul…. Hard to beat the Cavs and the officials at same time, US networks really influence MLB, NBA and MLS…….

While I get you a bit. . . none of it is enough to explain the 40 or so points difference.

David, I think it has affected them attacking the paint, instead going for the impossible too often. Cavs are a 3 point team, not Raptors, but yes, heads did drop too easy too, but when you simply get no breaks from officials, easy to see happening….
