OLD RIVALS TIPPERARY and Kilkenny are heading for a seismic collision in the All-Ireland SHC final on the first Sunday in September.
Tipperary are back in the All-Ireland final for the first time in two years after they edged out Galway in a thrilling last four clash at Croke Park today. A year ago it was Galway who were one-point winners but the Tribe came out on the wrong side of the same margin today.
Three in-a-row chasing Kilkenny will stand in the way of Tipperary’s first All-Ireland since 2010. These counties played out two thrilling finals to decide the destination of Liam MacCarthy in 2014, which the Cats won by 2-17 to 2-14 after a replay.
It’s the fifth final between Tipp and Kilkenny since 2009. Kilkenny lead the series 3-1.

In my opinion he deserves a pl move
@ashton oriordan: Will start for Sunderland and probably got a decent salary. Very difficult to break into a Pl midfield. Or any position indeed.
I hope it works out for him.
