Michael Walsh and Shane Prendergast are introduced to the full-back line with Paul Murphy reverting to his usual corner-back position.
Willie Phelane starts at midfield where he will partner Lester Ryan while John Power gets the nod at left corner-forward. Padraig Walsh switches to midfield while Richie Hogan goes to centre-forward.
Tomás Keogh, Jackie Tyrrell, Brian Kennedy and Geoff Brennan all drop down to the subs bench while Ger Aylward is added to the replacements instead of the suspended Joe Lyng.
