KATIE TAYLOR WILL return to the ring on 4 March on the undercard of David Haye and Tony Bellew’s heavyweight grudge match.
The London 2012 Olympic champion had been expected to fight in New York on St Patrick’s weekend, but those plans were scrapped last week and she will now fight in London’s O2 Arena instead.
Her opponent is still to be confirmed, but after kicking off her pro career with back-to-back wins at the end of 2016, Taylor is targeting a big year.

Promoter Eddie Hearn is also lining her up for an April fight in front of 90,000 fans in Wembley Stadium ahead of Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klitschko’s world title showdown.
“I think people are really excited about the Haye-Bellew fight and the rivalry between those guys,” she told Sky Sports.
“As a boxer, these are the kind of nights you want to be a part of. It’s a massive stage for me and I’m really looking forward to it.
“I’ve been here in the US for the last few weeks in training camp for the fight and working hard.
“It’s the start of a very big year for me and I know there are big plans, but I need to keep winning and keep performing so I’m not looking any further beyond 4 March.”
