LOST IN THE haze of the deadline day chaos was Juan Cuadrado’s move to Juventus.
The Colombian winger was signed by Chelsea in February of last year for over £26 million but made just four starts and was shipped out on loan to the Turin side last August.
He enjoyed a fruitful return to Serie A, having made his name with Fiorentina prior to his switch to Stamford Bridge.

He racked up 40 appearances and scored five times as Juve picked up another Italian championship.
Cuadrado returned to Chelsea at the end of the campaign and featured for them during pre-season but he’s now rejoined Juve on a three-year loan deal.

The details of the arrangement are baffling.
Juventus will pay €5m per season but can buy Cuadrado outright for €25m, which would be payable over three years.
It’s unclear why the Old Lady won’t bite fully. Perhaps the monstrous fee spent on Gonzalo Higuain has made them think twice about outgoings but with Paul Pogba and Alvaro Morata’s departures bringing in €140 million, they still should be in a pretty strong financial position.
