CHELSEA COACH JOSE Mourinho is the latest in a long line of people to have weighed in on the recent FAI-Fifa controversy.
In an extensive interview with The Sunday Times, the Portuguese manager also suggested that the awarding of the 2012 Coach of the Year — which he lost out to Vicente del Bosque — seemed less than fair, insinuating that someone had tampered with the voting process.
And on this week’s revelations that the FAI were paid £5million by Fifa in the aftermath of Ireland losing a World Cup playoff thanks in part to Thierry Henry’s handball, Mourinho said:
“This one, for me, is the end of the world.
